• Purchase information — when you purchase coins, seats, or NameIt! Pro, payments are processed by our payment providers or the relevant app store. We may receive information such as your email address, transaction details, purchase status, and the item purchased. We do not receive or store your full card details.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless it is necessary to provide the Service or you choose to provide it to us.

How we use your information

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, storage, and backend functionality.

• Bachs — checkout and payment processing for international card payments and fallback payments.
• Paystack — payment processing for purchases made in Nigerian naira.
• Apple App Store and Google Play — app distribution and, where applicable, payment processing.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and device storage

NameIt! may use cookies, local storage, and mobile device storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain game state, and support other features.

We may also use these technologies in connection with analytics where permitted by law.
